Summary

This session will provide you with the tools you need to successfully manage your employees. Sharpening your management skills in the performance review and discipline processes will increase employee productivity as well as foster mutual understanding and commitment. This training will give you the knowledge to maximize the usefulness of performance appraisals. When faced with challenging employees, you will be able to handle the issues in a fair, constructive and consistent manner.

Please note that CAE exam and renewal applicants can only use a maximum of 50% of their application hours from self-study programs.
