1 Program with Steven Rossetti

Mr. Steve Rossetti has been providing training and executive coaching for over 25 years. He attended Eastern Illinois University where he earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology, and then went on to receive a Graduate Degree in Education Psychology in 1983.

Steve has developed training modules for over 1,000 different companies with topics including Preventing Sexual Harassment, Performance Management, Understanding Diversity, Effective Communication Strategies, Successful Leadership Skills, Stress Management, Team Development, and Substance Abuse Awareness. Mr. Rossetti has experience conducting training, consultation and executive coaching to corporate settings, school districts, correctional facilities, and non-profit organizations.

Mr. Rossetti conducts Executive Coaching, where he works with managers on a one-to-one basis over an extended period of time to help individuals set goals, identify time lines, examine personal style, and develop a Mapping System for success. Mapping is a process where he reviews the individual’s perceptions, attitudes and beliefs to leverage strengths and develop an executive into a leader and create winning workplaces.

He has delivered training to companies such as Ace Hardware, Ameritech, Brookdale Living Communities, Commerce Bank, CDW, Donaldson Company, Federal Government Agencies, First Midwest Bank, FMC Corporation, GATX, Kent Bank, KMZ Law Firm, NBC, Ocean Spray, Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, School District 214, Square D, TTX, and the Westin Hotel.

Steve consults to H.R. executives for a Drug-free Workplace, Preventing Sexual Harassment, EEO Practices, Diversity, and Cultural Literacy. He has actively participated on Transition Management teams to customize trainings to meet the needs and goals of organizations that are experiencing workplace changes.
