1 Program with AJ Righter

AJ Righter is a problem person – not the kind that creates problems (not most of the time anyway), but the kind that really gets excited about solving them. For him, it seems that solving persistent and resistant problems in most cases comes down to an issue of changing human behavior. That’s why he’s invested his professional, educational, and research efforts into better understanding what makes people “tick.” For example, his background includes change projects in private industry, the federal government, and the nonprofit sector.

Currently he is a consultant and trainer for Southam Consulting, delivering training to hundreds of people each year and guiding behavioral change efforts in organizations. He holds a BS in Psychology and an MS in Organizational Communication with an emphasis in Statistics.
